Lilly's Look Alike

Almost every day, we are provided with opinions of what family member Beau, Lilly and Marlee favor most. Most people agree that Marlee looks more like me and my side of the family. Beau is usually a toss up between G-Daddy or Uncle Cole, Sam's brother, but my mom thinks he looks like me. The fam all agree that Lilly favors Sam's family...and a lot like Uncle Ty.

Her favorite story

This afternoon Marlee started looking for her favorite storybook which
must have been at the bottom of the basket. She emptied the basket in
the process. I now I better understand why I feel like I am always
picking up.

Serious Hat Hair

It has been so HOT here that we rarely go outside. When we do...a hat is a MUST! We don't really like hats, but tolerate them in order to go outside. Beau won the fight after wearing this hat...if he had seen his hair he might have left it on.

During our trips to the zoo, I've started working on the beginnings of an ABC book for Beau, Lilly and Marlee. (I LOVE the idea and only wish I had time to finish it today, along with my blog book.) My friend Laura Beth gave me the idea on her momtessori blog.
